Elizabeth Moutous

Hello! My name is Elizabeth Moutous. I’m a graphic design major at Virginia State University. This may I will be receiving my Bachelors of Fine Arts

I live in Richmond, Virginia. I originally became interested in the field after falling in love with hand lettering and illustrations. After I studied the craft in a postsecondary education setting for three years, I have manifested a style that combines the two, especially in how I approach branding. If there’s ever a case of artist’s block, I play the piano to deal with daily stresses, it always been my escape and reset. In my collegiate career, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in various student exhibitions and I  hope to continue showcasing and evolving my artwork for years to come. As a designer, my goal is to impact my community one letter at a time.

Brandilyn Silva

Hello! My name is Brandilyn Silva. I’m a graphic design major at Virginia Sate University. I will be receiving my Bachelor’s of Fine art This May.

I currently live in Northern Virginia. Although I am a graphic designer I also am a photographer. My passion for these two avenues grows stronger everyday. I became interested in photography when my mother would bring her Minolta film camera on every family trip and took pictures of my sister and I. Growing up, I realized I possess the same amazing eye for creativity as my mother, so I started taking photos as a hobby. In 2015, I took a photography class at Barstow Community College in California. From there I was introduced to Adobe Photoshop, and my journey began as a graphic designer.
